We must have full sleep. “Early to bed and early to rise”, will make ones healthy. Sound sleep will bring sound health. And most vital thing is avoid or at least reduce bad habits like drinking, smoking and taking drugs. Such vices silently ruin a one’s body and soul. We must be free from cares and worries which causes ill health.
