A feeling of depression engulfs us many times. It is a feeling of disappointment, of self pity, of failure, in an attempt, a lack of self confidence. Depression is exactly what the words suggest – “feeling low”.

Do not make friends whose only pass time is pub hopping. They are not your friends and only compound your problems.
Bring meaning into your life by indulging in positive activities. Be kind, helpful and generous to people.
Simplify your life, find joy in natural and simple activities.
Failure is only a lesson. It is not a permanent situation. Your constant dwelling on it, makes it a permanent fixture. Anyone can fail. Start again at the same problem, from a different angle.
